GCode is Complicated
G-Wizard Makes it Easy

I am looking into a few options to help improve my mill work shops CNC workflow.

Right now we have a Hein 3 axis flat table router along with a Fanuc 21i-m controller  from 1999. Its in pretty good shape but the controller and operating process is cumbersome and annoying. there are so many switches and dials that we need to run through a printed out step by step operating procedure every time we use it. assuming we don’t get a new machine I am looking into A) retrofitting the machine with a new controller (hoping it can connect to the existing servo motors) B) using a desktop with an “emulator” software that controls the machine. I’ve seen this done with Rhino Cam in a previous job I had.

Any advice and additional information on products and services I should know about would be helpful!
