Y Axis Changing When It Shouldn't

I make engraved signs on my Chinese CNC machine.. after setting it to ZERO position, now after every sign the y axis changes and starts at a different spot after every program I run… if I send the “Y”    between every sign it works fine… it’s just jumping somehow between each sign program I run any suggestions? I’m using Mach 3 software… thank you guys!
