Why is my lifetime Tormach license for G-Wizard expiring?

Answered Closed

I purchased a lifetime G-Wizard license with my Tormach PCNC 1100 or PCNC 770.  Now G-Wizard says the license is expiring.  What’s up with that?

Here’s the deal–you actually got two licenses with the Tormach purchase.  The first is a lifetime license for G-Wizard that is restricted to a maximum of 1.5 HP for mills and 3 HP for lathes.  That covers the needs of the machines Tormach sells and it is a smoking deal to boot.

But you also got a second license that is a 1 year no-HP Limit license.  It is that license which is expiring.  It won’t matter to your Tormach use that it expires.  If you ever purchase a machine with more horsepower, you can get an upgrade at that time.
