My CNC will go down to 8000 rpm

Please recommend feed rate  type of bit  and RPM

this is not a high precision cut ….and surface quality is not a major factor  TY Lexi

Interpolate the hole with a 1/2″-3/4″ end mill.  I’d use a carbide bit since your spindle wants higher rpms.  Be sure to use some lubricant–mist cooling or flood cooling or chips will weld to your end mill.
