Assistance programming a circular pocket, please
To whom it may concern,
I have a “cheeky” question as I am new to G-code.
Please see GDrive link below of my 3-axis milling machine with high-speed pneumatic spindle. Designed for extremely fine work.
I need to mill a circular pocket 1 mm diameter, with a 0.6 mm tungsten carbide inverted cone burr. The final depth is 1 mm, but would need to be milled in different depth increments i.e. 4 x 8 Microns then 4 x 32 Microns as an example. I require 20 second dwell (stop) time after each depth increment. The machine is run by Mach3.
Any assistance would be greatly apprecited.
