How to calculate Trichoidal milling speed and feed

I am intrigued by this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAuwZ1nkARk

I can get Fusion 360 to do this using 2d Adaptive pocket clearing, but I am not sure how I would use G-Wizard to tell me the speed and feed….

None of the wizards look like this.  It seems that I have less than a full cut width

0.125 carbide ZRN coated 3 flute end mill 0.75″ stick out. on a shapeoko 3xl.
