high helix endmills?

Hi there,

I’m milling titanium using high helix endmills, is there a way to adjust this in the geometry of the tool or what is your recommendation? Thanks.

Dustin, the “HP” endmills (HP = High Performance) and “TiAlN” endmills both reflect premium geometries.  Use either one depending on whether you have the TiAlN coating or not and it’ll be fine.
