Why does G-Wizard Editor not recognize my subprogram and main program properly?

When I run program with subroutines in GWizard Editor, it just runs in a loop through the first subroutine as if the subroutine is the entire program and does not continue on with the complete program.  I have it set up as Fadal Format 2.
