What's the best way to calculate feeds and speeds for u-drills?

Under speed and feed calculator I have been using indexable cutter for u-drills the feed rate seems a bit fast or am I doing it wrong.

A couple things to note about the u-drill (indexable drill) case.

First, when you are using the Indexable Endmill/Facemill choice, or any other endmill choice, be sure to use the plunge feedrate when plunging.  It’s located just to the right of the regular feedrate and is quite a bit slower for good reason.

Second, you want to use the Indexable Drill tool choice since that’s really what the u-drills are.
