G-Wizard Has a Shot at the iPhone and iPad
Amazing news this morning from Apple: they’ve dropping the rules they put in place that kept Flash off the iPhone and iPad.
I’ve had so many people ask if G-Wizard would run on iPhones and iPads that I had been really unhappy when Steve Jobs blocked Flash (G-Wizard is written in Flash). Assuming this really works out and Adobe brings Flash to the Apple devices, I will have to produce versions that work there.
I use an iPhone and an iPad myself, so I’m really motivated to want to do that. I think it’d be great to be able to run the G-Wizard software right alongside the machine. Note that since G-Wizard licensing is tied to the person, not the machine, there is no problem paying for a single license and using it on multiple devices. For that reason, I won’t charge extra for the iPhone/iPad version in any way.
It’s a ways off, perhaps in the G-Wizard 2.0 cycle, but I thought people would like to know.
